I. The Progress Information of the Three Gorges Dam. -November-
In this Paragraph, I am going to report the progress information of the Three Gorges Dam in English especially the water level in the Three Gorges Dam and news in China. On Halloween or October 31th, the water level in the Three Gorges Dam exceeded 175 meters. Ever since then, the water level reduced down to 174 meters on November 2nd suddenly since it is during the dry season. Then, the management of the Three Gorges Dam kept the water level 174 meters until November 16th; however, the lack of electricity is still lasting in China due to the lack of coal and there were earthquakes in Chongqing on November 10th and 12th.
The earthquake on November 10th was a magnitude 4.3, but this earthquake did not affect at all; however, there were some changes in the upper stream before or after this earthquake on November 12th. It was a 4.7 magnitude and had a depth of 10 kilometers. Nishiyan Channel found that there were more than 100 tower condominiums in the upper stream on November 11th. he is not sure if condominiums are for workers in the Three Gorges dam or the CCP are forced people to live there. On November 14th, there also was information that power generation by a turbine was put into operation at the Baihetan Dam which is located upstream in early November. The dam has been in full operation since June 2021 and is equipped with 16 one million kilowatt class turbines. It was said that 4 turbines already started operating the other day. At the time, the water flowed one after another from six emergency spillways at the top of the embankment. Nishiyan Channel reported that Neophocaena phocaenoides or Indo-Pacific Finless Porpoise which is one of eight porpoise species was in a crisis of extinction on November 10th due to the Three Gorges Dam.
Suddenly, the water level in the Three Gorges Dam began reducing down to 173.82 meters from November 17th because it is during the dry season. The Three Gorges Dam keeps the water level 173 meters and reduces down little by little up to November 28th; however, there are a lot of concerns for instance the Three Gorges Dam causes the impact on the ecosystem, cracks due to aging, the problem of sand that continues to accumulate, garbages and so on. In addition, After the 4.7 magnitude earthquake on November 12th, there was a 4.9 magnitude earthquake on the 17th of this month. Then, a 4.6 magnitude earthquake occurred on November 22nd in Chongqing. If another earthquake occurs near the Chongqing river, it might be like the 2008 Sichuan Earthquake but landslides on the riverbank may affect the navigation of ships because the river is narrow.

II. The New Current Progression of the Three Gorges Dam. (November 30th)
In this paragraph, I am going to report the current progression of the Three Gorges Dam and the future weather report in China. According to the data in the Three Gorges Dam, the water level is 173.13 meters at 3:00 pm today. Compared to yesterday, it reduced about 20 centimeters down. It is been in 173 meters for the past few days, but it is going down. It is safe in terms of hydropower shipping agricultural water. The amount of inflow in the Three Gorges Dam is 7500 cubic meters at 3:00 pm. The outflow is 7610 cubic meters at 3:00 pm. Compared to yesterday, the outflow reduced a little bit, but the inflow had nothing change. Compared to the last month, Because of the dry season, the water level in the Three Gorges Dam was reduced down by 70 centimeters. Compared to the previous month, the water level reduced down to about 2 meters. When Nishiyan Channel checked the discharge at 10:00 am, it was 11900 cubic meters per second. Therefore, the channel estimated that the power generation status was about 40 percent at 10:00 am.
A new dam began to store water in Pakistan. Nishiyan Channel was happy to solve the shortage; however, he can not let go. This new dam was built as one of the belt and road projects in China. China money is involved. Moreover, the place the dam was created is bad because it was built in the Kashmir region in India. It has been a conflict area with India for many years. The Channel hopes that it will not be a confusing story since it is a case that may damage the stability of the region. This business will not be affected by the usual dept traps. There are rumors that it is trapped in various countries.
The Cuntan observation which is located in the upper stream of the Three Gorges Dam reported that the water level is 173.4 meters at 3:00 pm. The inflow is 6240 cubic meters at 3:00 pm. Compared to yesterday, it increases a little bit. Compared to the last month, the water level reduced by about 2 meters. Then, it reduces down to about 5000 cubic meters.
The Yichang observation downstream of the Three Gorges Dam and the nearest the Three Gorges Dam reports that the inflow is 9880 cubic meters at 3:00 pm. Compared to yesterday, it increases by 130 cubic meters. Compared to the last month, it reduces by about 6000 cubic meters.

III. The Future Weather Report in China and the Three Gorges Dam
This is the last paragraph. I am going to report the weather report in China with Windy which is an internet site for a weather report. Currently, it is cloudy or sunny. Therefore, it is stable by December 3rd, but a small rainy crowd appears in Chongqing on December 4th. Then on the next day, the small rainy crowd approaches Badong, it vanishes at night on the next day. On December 6th, a big rainy approaches Chonqing from midnight to the next day; however, the big rainy becomes itself weak suddenly on December 8th. I think that the big rainy disappears itself at night on December 9th or the next day.
Chinese people should be careful of serious earthquakes in the upper stream just in case and pay attention to them by the beginning of next month since there were earthquakes from November 10th. There will be a serious earthquake just like the 2008 Sichuan Earthquake.
Indeed, China is in a crisis of earthquake, the boycott of the 2022 Beijing Olympics because of Peng Shuai, genocide against people in Hong Kong and Uighur people, the Wuhan virus. Also, China encounters bankrupt of China Evergrande Group unemployment because of it. People in the world must pay attention to the crisis in China every single day.

IV. Petit Information about the Three Gorges Dam
The Three Gorges Dam is in charge of irrigation; however, The Three Gorges Dam is still faced with various issues for example the dam encounters garbages, fish and dolphins, acid rain, cracks from aging, water transport, sand issues, and so on.
Indeed, there is a huge dam upstream of the Three Gorges Dam. The huge dam is being created upstream of the Three Gorges Dam, but Nishiyan Channel checked the potential relationship. The Three Gorges Dam is about 1600 kilometers from the distant coastal area and it seems that there are four huge dams upstream.
Compared to the vicinity of the Three Gorges Dam, it is steeper and the altitude is higher. Wudonde Dam is the most upstream dam and was completed in July last year. The Baihetan Dam was completed around May of this year and seems to be starting to store water now. This is speculation, but this year's water may have been stored here. It seems that the two dams downstream were already completed and are in operation.
Nishiyan Channel has the impression that the dam was completed in rapid succession. It seems that July 2021 will be the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party. It has been adjusted accordingly.
It will be a dam arranged in a row. If a huge dam is constructed in a condensed form, there is a concern that it may cause a negative chain when irregular happens.
The crane is ridiculously large. In the photo at 5 minutes and 40 seconds in the movie in the second paragraph, The red structures on top of the dam are cranes. They are not very noticeable when you view them from a distance, but it seems to be quite big when you view them from a close distance. You can see the car at the foot of the crane. The height of a passenger is about 1.5 meters. If you count it visually, it seems to be about 16 cars high. A typical condominium is about three meters per floor. So, it seems to be equivalent to an eight-story condominium. Those giant cranes ride on rails and move the dam from side to side.
There is a renovation plan in the Three Gorges Dam on 31st December 2020. A renovation plan for more than 8000 dams in China was announced. The dams that have been constructed so far became significantly deteriorated and if they are not repaired, there is a risk of major damage in the future. There are 8000 units large and small. This plan seems to target medium-sized and larger dams. It seems that the Three Gorges Dam is also included in the renovation plan. It has been 10 years since the dam was officially operated at this stage. A person who had boasted that it would last for 10000 years. It seems that it settled down for about 100 years now. We will conduct a field survey and make a basic plan, place, and order since it will be a renovation. It seems that the construction will start immediately.
The water level is almost full. It was rumored that if heavy rains continue last year, the Three Gorges Dam would collapse; however, it seems to be peaceful by the end of the last month; however, it is necessary to pay attention to the future rain situation.
