Hi. This is Tomoyuki Aso. I found the best punishment in the world. The punishment is "Name Erasure". This time, I am going to introduce "Name Erasure", suggest introducing this punishment to the world, and analyzing if "Name Erasure" exists in the current society. At first, I highly recommend introducing "Name Erasure" to the current society and the world for the rich people, politicians, and loyal families to avoid getting involved in the dark side because they tend to torture and kill children for their money, young, and beauty.

I. Introduce "Condemnation of Memory"

Indeed, "Name Erasure" is based on "Condemnation of Memory". I'd like to ask you some questions. Have you ever been deleted a saved data for a TV game by your family, friend, brother, or sister? If I tell you to start a game over since I deleted your game data, will you be able to accept this current situation? "Condemnation of Memory" was to delete the memory, official records, and your existence basically and be concluded you did not exist or were erased. If you were sentenced to "Condemnation of Memory" or "Name Erasure", you would be being deleted by your home government such as:

• Your Birthday
• Your Home Country

• Your Bank Account or your fortune
• All of Your SNS Account
• Social Security Number
• All Your Official Records, Your Effort, and Your Achievements
• Your Birth Certificate (Your Family Registers if you are Japanese.)
• Your Identification
• Your Face Picture

III. If You Should be able to Delete All Your Memory After You are sentenced to  "Name Erasure"

If you should be able to eliminate all your memory, even if you are a man or a woman:

• You should not be allowed to perform your funeral.
• You should not be allowed to build your grave.
• You should not be allowed to buy or wear any items of clothing.
• You are not human.
• There are no basic human rights.
• You do not exist in this society or this world.
• You must be shaved head.
• You must be naked because you were naked when you were born.
• You need to get your new name to be alive as a human or if you want to be alive as the one. 
• You are allowed to eat any food and wear only a diaper after you receive your new name.
• You must wear only a diaper to start your life as a baby if you are a man after he gets his new name.
• You must wear baby clothing to start your life over from a baby if you are a woman after she receives her name.
• You must tape duct tape on your mouse instead of a mask during the pandemic of the Wuhan virus by the time you receive your new name.

• The government must forfeit the target's bank account. 
• It is okay that all senators have the right to declare using "Name Erasure", speak up the reason why you use this punishment, and move on to voting to make sure whether the target is going to erase all information and records or not if the target refuses the impeachment or resignation of a congressman, senator,  president, governor, and judges.
• It is okay that all senators and prime judges decide to use this punishment or not with voting if the target refuses the impeachment or resignation of a congressman, senator, and president.
• The target is not allowed to participate in the voting.
• If more than 80 percent among them is the acceptance majority to use this punishment, it is okay to perform the punishment.
• If the senator and the prime judges should be leaving a congress during the voting or declaring to abstain from voting, the senator is considered to have abstained from voting.
• If the number of people participated in the voting is less than 20, I am going to drag the percentage of acceptance down to more than 50 percent.
• If the number of voters is less than 5, voting will be disabled.
• The target or targets of "Name Erasure" are not allowed to definitely take part in voting.

It is really up to you if you recommend this punishment for the reform of law and order or not; however, you should not forget that "Name Erasure" can be ranged anyone else as long as you are a human being even if you are a celebrity, politician, or a royal family; however,  "Name Erasure" has the advantage to start your life over, resets your life forcibly, and erase your criminal records. If you are sentenced to "Name Erasure", I would be able to erase your name and concluded you did not exist by your home government. If the US Democratic party should commit voter fraud in the 2024 US Presidential election and pay their money to delete their crimes, you might be able to be sentenced all members of the US Democratic party to "Name Erasure" because they are human beings. You also should not forget that it is a human being who punishes criminals. If their sponsors should ask the police to release those celebrity people, the police should refuse to release them since they don't exist any longer and are not worth being alive any longer. In addition, the senator in the Empire of Rome has sentenced Rome's emperor to "Condemnation of Memory" after his death. You should prepare for a national referendum to make sure if they will be sentenced to "Name Erasure" or not. Your life is the same as the save data for TV games.
