It's time to make a discussion about this punishment.
I came up with another best punishment in the world to clean up or eliminate any crimes. Another punishment is AFF or AAF. AFF or AAF stands for All Fortunes Forfeiture or All Assets Forfeiture. This time, I'm going to introduce this punishment, the detail to the world, and the reason I need to introduce it to the current society.
I. The Reason I Need to Introduce “AFF” or “AAF” to the Current Society.
I've been thinking about the method to eliminate corruption, graft, persecution against minorities, and other crimes that occurred by rich people and punish them ever since Hunter Biden's corrupt incident with the Ukrainian gas company “Burisma” and voter fraud in the US 2020 presidential election because many of those crimes are missed and police are bribed by them. It's not enough to wish for justice and punish any crimes. People must think about the method to eliminate any crimes. In addition, Transparency International pointed out that Russia and Ukraine are fighting each other in the Ukraine invasion that both countries have severe corruption every year. According to Transparency International, the Corruption Perceptions Index in Ukraine is ranked 122nd out of 180 countries. It's famous for Hunter Biden's corrupt incident with the Ukrainian gas company “Burisma”. By the way, the Corruption Perceptions Index in Russia is ranked in 136th place out of 180 countries. Therefore, Ukrainian and Russian government employees may misappropriate the donated money for their lives.
II. Introduction of AFF or All Fortune Forfeiture - AAF or All Assets Forfeiture
“AFF” or “All Fortune Forfeiture”- “AAF” or “All Assets Forfeiture” is a punishment to protect people from persecution, genocide, and war crime and eliminate corruption, graft, and other crimes by forfeiting all fortune from all target's bank accounts and organizations, selling mansions, cars, private jets and so on to donate them to a government and going to jail.
III. The Detail of AFF or All Fortune Forfeiture - AAF or All Assets Forfeiture
The user or users must advocate why they use “AFF” or “All Fortune Forfeiture” when they're about to use it.
It's up to the majority to vote whether they use it or not.
The target isn't allowed to participate in this voting.
The majority percent to use this punishment is more than 75 percent.
Suppose the majority percent is more than 75 percent to agree with or accept using this punishment. In that case, the target chooses the one to go to jail and resign from office or forfeit all target's fortunes and sell all mansions, cars, private jets, and so on to donate them to a government.
If the senator and the prime judges should be leaving a congress during the voting or declaring to abstain from voting, the senator is considered to have abstained from voting.
If the voter is less than 20, I'm going to reduce the percentage to more than 50 percent to ensure whether they use it or not.
Law enforcement is going to clear all their criminal records to give them the opportunity to rehabilitate them if it finishes forfeiting all their fortune including cars, mansions, private jets, and so on.
However, law enforcement has no choice but to go to jail without any choices if they commit a crime again.
If the targets decided to forfeit all their fortunes including mansions, cars, private jets, and so on, Mass media must applaud the targets as the wonderful patriot of a country after the police forfeit all the target's fortune from the bank accounts and organizations because they and their organizations donated their money to a government.
Mass media also must applaud the targets as the incredible patriot of a country after the target commit suicide since they even dedicate their lives to a country. All people must etch the target's name in a country's history and don't need to forget about them.
I'm going to ask the government for the payment for the use fee.
The payment is usually from 2 percent to 5 percent of the forfeited total fortunes.
In the case of a billion dollars, you need to pay 20 million dollars at least or 50 million dollars at maximum.
Suppose the target(s) can't choose the one to go to jail and resign from an office or forfeit all target's fortunes and sell all mansions, cars, private jets, and so on to donate them to a government. In that case, we're going to pick both of them because they can't answer this question immediately, and we already gave them the freedom of choice.
You must abolish the bail system when it comes to using “AFF” or “All Fortune Forfeiture”. Therefore, you must donate all your money to the government if you want to release a criminal.
If a country persecutes people by using police, “AFF” will be able to forfeit the country's national budget including taxation to suspend the government, and we'll manage the country until the next election.
If you want to release a criminal, you need to pay all your fortune for the criminal to be released from jail between arrest and trial and live together with him, even if you live with your family.
The DOJ must identify, overwatch, and secure all criminal's bank accounts, their addresses, and individual information and order guards to release the criminal after the DOJ finishes forfeiting all fortunes, cars, private jets, and so on from the criminal to sell and donate them to a government.
All criminals must stay in a detention room or jail until the DOJ finishes doing those things.
When it comes to introducing this punishment, your government must assist all people in your country and distribute forfeited fortunes to them to serve food to them with their forfeited fortunes, and I'm going to warn people not to commit any crimes if they don't want to be forfeited their fortunes by your law enforcement and want to protect their families.
If the criminal has a family and her husband or his wife should be divorced, the government will be allowed to shift all the criminal's fortune from the bank accounts. Therefore, they will get the right to obtain all the criminal's fortune for their kids, but her husband must go to jail automatically instead of it.
However, the family must pay all of their family fortunes to their government to release the criminal from jail and clear his criminal record if she wants to release her husband from jail.
Her husband or his wife can choose the one to obtain all the criminal's fortune for their kids or pay all of their family fortunes to their government to release the criminal from jail and clear his criminal record if she wants to release her husband from jail.
If the whole family is involved in a crime, “AFF” must forfeit all their fortunes to release them from jail and clear their criminal record.
If the criminal is not guilty, the government and I are going to return all his or her fortunes back to them.

News4SA reported that The Texas attorney general's Election Fraud Unit arrested 4 members of a South Texas county justice of the peace last month on 150 counts of voter fraud related to the 2018 primary election in Medina county. The Texas attorney general's Election Fraud Unit arrested Tomas Ramirez, Leonor Rivas Garza, Eva Ann Martinez, and Mary Balderrama on allegations of election fraud on February 11th. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s office announced that they were involved in vote harvesting at assisted living centers in Medina County in the 2018 midterm election.

At the beginning of February, Facebook announced that Facebook expanded its efforts to remove false information on Facebook and Instagram about COVID-19, COVID-19 vaccines, and vaccines in general during this pandemic. In this new policy, Facebook specifically stated that any information that the vaccine changes an individual's DNA would be removed.

I. Introduction and History of "Taliban"
The Taliban has been fighting against the Afghanistan government and allies in Afghanistan for 20 years. Afghan guerillas called the mujahideen that fought a Soviet occupation for nine years. They even obtained money and weapons from the CIA to beat the Soviet Union in the cold war. In 1989, the Soviets pulled out from Afghanistan. The promise made by the Taliban was to restore peace and security and enforce their own austere version of Sharia, or Islamic law.
From South-Western Afghanistan, the Taliban quickly extended their influence. In September 1995, the Taliban took over the province of Herat and bordered Iran. One year later, the Taliban captured the Afghan capital and Kabul and overthrew the regime of President Burhanuddin Rabbani who is one of the founding fathers of the Afghan mujahideen that resisted the Soviet occupation. By 1996, the Taliban seized the capital in Afghanistan, declared that Afghanistan was an Islamic emirate, and began imposing their own strict interpretation of Islamic law. By 1998, the Taliban was under the control of almost 90% of Afghanistan.
Al-Qaeda occurred September 11 attacks in 2001. The US chased after Al-Qaeda's leader, Osama bin Laden who was hiding out in Afghanistan with the Taliban's help. The Taliban stated that they wanted proof to prove that he was behind the attack. When they refused to hand him over immediately, the US invaded Afghanistan. The Taliban were removed from power in Afghanistan by US-led forces once in 2001, but the Taliban seized control of the country once again following a rapid offensive.
In 2004, while Afghanistan obtained a new constitution and Hamid Karzai was elected as the Afghanistan president, the Taliban regrouped. Then, they wanted foreigners out and back in. More than 40,000 Afghan civilians were murdered by the Taliban. At least 64,000 Afghan military and police and more than 3,500 international soldiers were dead during the war in Afghanistan. The US spent almost a trillion dollars on the war and reconstruction projects. Recently, the Taliban has as many as 85,000 full-time soldiers and trains at camps across the country. Currently, the Taliban controls one-fifth of Afghan districts. On top of that, half of all districts are considered contested. Therefore, the Taliban have a strong presence in many of those places and control parts of some major highways.
They are also well organized. The leader of the Taliban is Haibatullah Akhundzada. He heads a council that oversees about a dozen commissions in charge of things like finance, health, and education. Below them are local officials in charge of everyday services. In a way, the Taliban set up a parallel state. They even run their own courts which can be pretty popular among Afghans. All that control also made them rich. According to Taliban members and a UN committee, they make close to 1.5 billion dollars a year by growing opium poppies and the drug trade, but they found even more ways to generate income. Last year, they made millions by mining and trading minerals and even producing methamphetamine. They also have their own tax-collection system and receive funding from abroad suspected sources like Pakistan and Iran.
Over the years, the International community tried to get the Taliban and the Afghan government to talk about talking. There was even a meeting at one point. During a brief Eid ceasefire in 2018, the Taliban and Afghan soldiers were seen mingling in Kabul and playing each other; however, peace negotiations did not achieve much overall.
The prospects for peace and stability are not looking great. Even while peace negotiations were going on, about 1,800 Afghan civilians were killed or injured in the first three months of this year. That was almost 30% more than last year. There was also a wave of assassination that people blame on the Taliban. According to a major public opinion study done in 2019, 85% of people said they had no sympathy for them.

By July 12th, the Taliban conquered 148 districts from the Afghan government. On July 22th, 100 Afghan people were murdered in a mass shooting in Spin Boldak, Kandahar Province and the Taliban seized the district. In mid-2021, the Taliban led a major offensive in Afghanistan during the withdrawal of the US Armies from Afghanistan which gave them over half of Afghanistan's 421 districts until 23 July 2021. The Taliban made a peace promise to China together with a condition and took an assist from a country. On July 28th, a delegation from the Taliban met the Chinese foreign minister Wang Yi in Tianjin and Wang Yi explained together with a condition that the People's Republic of China supports the Taliban if the Taliban cut ties with the East Turkestan Islamic Movement to bring the Taliban back into the political mainstream and offered to host peace negotiations between the Afghan government and the Taliban. By July 31st, the Taliban entered the provincial capitals of both Helmand and Herat provinces and captured scores of districts in the provinces and border crossings with Iran and Turkmenistan.

Beta Variant

The Alpha variant was discovered in Great Britain in September 2020.
