The Chinese SNS Reveals that Accident Faker is Rampant in China.
In this blog, I am going to explain what accident faker is, one fact inside of China, and the reason why Chinese people have to act as accident fakers. The reason why I decided to publish this news on SNS is that I would like you to study inside of China, take care of accident fakers, and understand the reason why Chinese people have to act as accident fakers.
I. What is The Accident Faker?
Before I am going to introduce accident fakers in China, I explain what an accident faker is in this paragraph. An accident faker is a person or an act who demands a settlement and demands medical treatment costs and compensation at the scene of a traffic accident by hitting a passing vehicle and pretending to be in a traffic accident deliberately and intentionally. An accident faker tells you that "I was injured. The contents of my baggage were broken." Then, "If you report it to the police, your driver's license will be damaged," "it will be treated as a personal injury and will be administratively punished," or "If you report your car accident to the police, you will get violation point." "If you use your own insurance, your insurance fee will be rising up." In the case of Japan, if an accident faker should be arrested by the police in Japan, the accident faker will be sentenced to less than 10 years in prison because an accident faker is one of the fraud act. It is a fraud act to pretend to be injured and take money. It is extortion to threaten a driver and steal money. Both crimes are sentenced to less than 10 years in prison.
If you do not want to be involved in an accident faker, do not demand a settlement at a traffic accident!
You have a duty to report a traffic accident to the police when you cause a traffic accident. If you do not report it to the police, it is difficult to prove or investigate a traffic accident. In recent years in Japan, the number of cases recognized by accident fakers is declining due to the spread of drive recorders, but please do not respond and immediately call the police even if the accident faker asks you for settlement. It is mandatory to purchase a drive recorder to prevent yourself from accident fakers.
II. The Feature Short Movies of Accident Fakers in China
From the New Age News
From South China Post on October 15th, 2018
The Chinese Elderly Woman in 2011
The Accident Fakers in China. -Part I-
The Elderly Chinese Woman becomes the Accident Faker.
There are still so many short videos of accident fakers on Youtube and the Chinese SNS if you research Accident Faker and China on Youtube. I'd appreciate it if you watch the part of them in this blog if you have time.
In December 2018, Wang who headed for Nanning City in Jiangxi province from Huizhou City in Guangdong heard a "bread" sound and was chased by a white BMW that sounded car horn while he was passing through the Guangming Expressway in Fushan City. Three men who got on the BMW stopped his car and pointed out the broken front glass while they told him that the stone was fried from your car and broke the window. After then, According to the drive recorder that men showed, the stone fried from Wang's car. Mr. Wang told them that he is going to handle it with his insurance, but they denied that they do not have much time and continued to threaten him. Mr. Wang paid 860 dollars to fix the broken window in the white BMW because he wanted to avoid trouble.
However, this was the new fraud method. The other day, an organization that was arrested by the Chinese police created a fake drive recorder to process images of a slingshot that flies a pebble and a normal drive recording and show the broken window of the car to a passenger. After that, They explained that the passenger had to pay money because a pebble flew from the passenger's car in front and the pebble broke their window. Suspects sent the video that showed the target car to a laptop and sent it back to the drive recorder after they processed the image. They got on a luxury car and targeted the car from another prefecture and a small car with a small number of passengers. This article teaches us that the word "what you see is a truth" is not reliable any longer since this new accident fraud emerges.
Since the end of 2018, the Chinese police arrested a total of 10 people in Guangzhou, Foshan, and Maoming including the accident group on April 18th, 2019 because there have been frequent cases of accident fakers on the Guangming Expressway. According to the article, many victims of this case had to pay compensation since the movie is not very clever, but the screen of the drive recorder is small, the accident fakers group does not show the movie in detail to other drivers, and many of them gave up believing in the footage and being unlucky. The fake accidents group caused eight fake accident cases and cheated 145 dollars to 1454 dollars until they were arrested.
III. The Reason Why Accident Faker is Rampant in China
In this paragraph, I am going to explain the reason why accident faker is rampant in China. The main cause of rampant accident fakers in China is still having and remaining many poverty issues in China seriously. If the CCP claims that a poverty issue in China cleared, the reported case of accident fakers should be almost zero. In other words, the Chinese people should not be uploading short videos of accident fakers on SNS and Youtube at all; however, China does not solve poverty issues yet because accident faker is still rampant in China. Because of this issue, Chinese people want to earn their money easily for their life. That is why they have no choice but to work for accident fakers to earn their money for their life. Li Keqiang who is the Chinese prime minister confesses that 600 million Chinese people earn less than 140 dollars per month which is not enough to pay a monthly rent on a one-bedroom apartment in a mid-sized Chinese city. If his confession should be fake confession, accident faker should not be rampant in China or the reported case of accident faker should be almost zero. In addition, Evergrande Group is faced with a business crisis. Therefore, real estate in China is going to encounter a bubble collapse and their employees are going to become unemployed and poverty if Evergrande Group should be really going bankrupt. I am going to ask you a question. I'd appreciate it if you answer this question after you read this blog. From now on, people in the world should pay attention to this incident and take care of it since it is possible that Chinese people are going to immigrate to all developed countries due to economic unstable in their country and the declaration of war on Taiwan and India.
As for the detail of paragraph III, Refer to this blog:
This is the question:
Do you think that the more Chinese people upload short videos of drive fakers the wider the difference between rich and poor in China is becoming?
