The Reasons Why China Attacked India With the Wuhan Virus and the Side Effects of Vaccine for the Virus. -Part IV-

Writer By Tomoyuki Aso

Hope To Spread This Blog Out Around The World

In this blog, I am going to explain the one-child policy, the punishment against this policy, the three-children policy, and the Lying Flat theory which is in fashion among the young Chinese people. Recently, the CCP is allowed all Chinese women to give birth to three children to increase the population. You must know and understand how scared the Chinese Communist Party's policies are and spread these facts out around the world by reading this blog and letting other people know. I'd appreciate it if you understand and know the crisis in China and the policies in China as soon as a day.

As for the One-Child Policy, the Three Child Policy, and Tang Ping or "Lying Down Theory"

I. Introduction of One-Child Policy

One-Child Policy was part of a broad program to control the size of the rapidly growing population of China. One-Child Policy is distinct from the family planning policies of most other countries and focuses on providing contraceptive options to help women having the number of children they want. It sets a limit on the number of births parents could have and makes it the most extreme example of population planning in the world. The One-Child Policy was produced by Deng Xiaoping who was the paramount leader of China, Cheng Yun who was one of the influential leaders, and Li Xiannian who was the Chinese Communist military and president of the Republic of China in 1979, and strict enforcement began in 1980. The One-Child Policy was modified in the mid-1980s to allow rural parents a second child if the first baby was a daughter and lasted three more decades before the CCP announced in late 2015 a reversion to a two-child limit. The One-Child Policy also allowed exceptions for some groups including ethnic minorities. Indeed, the One Child Policy was called a "misnomer" because it existed for nearly 30 of the 36 years, and about half of all parents in China were faced with instead a two-child limit. The CCP decided to come to an end to the One-Child Policy in 2015.

II. The Fact And Result Caused By the One-Child Policy Which Is Revealed By a Short Movie

This movie is about the fact of the One-Child Policy. All Chinese mothers must have given birth to a male because Many Chinese people are farmers, the male had the working ability, and supported his elderly parent. It was mandatory to give birth to a male in the first childbirth for all Chinese farmers to have a bright future forever. Therefore, they had a dark future when it comes to giving birth to females or daughters in their first childbirth. The punishment to give birth to a second child was very severe for example they must pay three times to six times as an annual income for workers in Beijing, were arrested themselves together with their parents, and taken torture together with them. Because of that, the Chinese mothers who gave birth to a second child performed abortions at the beginning term of the One-Child Policy. Second children did not have a family registration and go to a school. They are called "Black Children" or Heihaizi. Many of them are still spending days of hell without a future. Some farmers had to sell a girl to a human trafficking organization when they gave birth to a first girl. Then, they abandoned their second girl when they gave birth to their second girl. In a democratic country, it is happiness to have a baby; however, it was unhappiness to give birth to a girl in China during the One-Child Policy to all Chinese farmers. When it comes to having a boy, many Chinese farmers were happy because males could have supported their families and make some crops. The girls who were sold to a human trafficking organization by their families had to work as beggars and sex slaves for the human trafficking organization.

III. The Introduction and The Fact of Heihaizi

Heihaizi is the main fact caused by the one-child policy. Heihaizi was the second and subsequent child who does not have a family register nor a resident's card under the one-child policy. Legally, Heihaizi is not admitted as one of the Chinese by the CCP and is the same as not existing themselves.

It is against the one-child policy to give birth to the second and subsequent child and the penalty against the one-child policy is including the penalty fee and reducing social security treatment. Heihaizi was created by their parents by submitting a birth certificate to a city hall to avoid those penalties.

According to the survey performed by the Chinese National Bureau of Statistics in 2010, the CCP identified that there were thirteen million unregistered people which is about 1% of the total population and many of them are Heihaizi; however, it is speculated that the actual number is even more than the survey.

Heihaizi kept on supporting the growth of the economy in China as the cheap workers; however, many harmful effects become social issues. They do not take any education and treatment and have a hard time getting a job. In addition, the Heihaizi's environment is generally poor and is faced with human rights violations such as human trafficking and labor abuse.

IV. The Introduction of the Three-Child Policy and the Chinese People's Confession on SNS About This Policy

The CCP decided to introduce the Three-Child Policy to the Chinese society in June this year to increase the population in China, prevent China from declining birthrate, and for the future in China. The Three-Child Policy is that the CCP is allowed all Chinese mothers to give birth to a third child and get some treatments and educations for up to a third child.

(These are negative comments of the Three-Child Policy on SNS)

It does not matter of giving birth or not. This is an issue of whether you earn money or not to take care of three babies! Also, we are faced with the expensive estate price, lack of education sources, the lower salary, and so on.

I do not want to give birth to two or three babies because it is enough to give birth to one.

How do we grow three babies up even if we gave birth to them? Do we have much money to take care of them?

June 1st is the national children's day in China. It is an ironic story that the three child-policy is the present from the CCP.

If I were in my 20s, I wanted to give birth to three babies, but it is impossible to do that because I am 60 years old. I wanted the CCP  to loosen the One-Child Policy when I was young.

I am not interested in this News at all. Who will follow the CCP and listen to the selfish reason from the CCP?

It is the wealthy people's playing to have three children and we can not afford to take care of them financially.

It is ridiculous to give birth to three babies without any treatment policies despite the CCP does not yet organize their welfare.

Megumi Nakajima who is a Japanese journalist explains that the amount of money to give birth to a child and grow him up to 15 years old with a general household costs about eighty thousand dollars in the case of public schools from kindergarten to junior high school and costs about six hundred and sixty thousand dollars in the case of the private schools from kindergarten to junior high school.  The Chinese parents take the massive expectation on their first child because of the One-Child Policy; however, there are so many opinions that they are going to go bankrupt if they give birth to three babies since the education fee for a child is pretty expensive.

IV. Introduction of the Tang Ping

In this paragraph, I am going to explain the introduction of the Tang Ping. Tang Ping translates into English "Lying Flat". Tang Ping is people who do not want to work for money, earn money, live in luxury with low greed for living standards, purchase a home, get in love, get married to a woman, give birth to any babies, and get a promotion in a workplace. It is in fashion among Chinese young people. Lying Flat may be opposing the Three-Child policy. Therefore, the Three-Child Policy may be escalating the "Lying Flat Theory" among Chinese young people. Lying Flat Theory embodies disappointment against their future and despair against unfairness in Chinese society.

A Chinese internet user explains that his salary is lower than 160 dollars and realizes that there are so many young Chinese people who were addicted to luxury and sensual pleasures for several generations and lived a boring life already when they borrowed money from their parents, could not have purchased their own homes for the rest of their lives, and achieved their goals for their lives finally. He also describes that two percent of Chinese people in the population in China govern 80 percent of the wealth in Chinese society, the gap between the rich and poor is becoming wider and wider every single day, and six billion Chinese people have less salary than 160 dollars. These are the reason why they tolerate the greed and choose the Lying Flat Theory.

Wu Jing who is a Chinese critic and lives in China claims that young Chinese people are under pressure from competition for academic ability, job hunting issues, and work issues in the workplace. The "Lying Flat Theory" is a passive method to resistance against the Three-Child Policy. He also advocates that young Chinese people are not admitted themselves by their parents and can not take themselves because they do not have their own salary. young Chinese people are not going to starve to death since there is no complete welfare and welfare system. Wu Jing describes that the CCP begins criticizing young Chinese people who chose the "Lying Flat Theory" through the Chinese mass media. He complains that this resistance does not change Chinese society.

Mr. Xu who works in the legal profession in China understands that Chinese people still have a spirit to work hard; however, the rebellious feeling always creates among them when they find that no matter hard you try. The "Lying Flat Theory" is the only individual choice.

Conclusion and My Opinion

That is all about this blog. When I make this blog, I am surprised that the One-Child Policy lasted for 35 years from 1980 to the end of 2015. For 35 years is longer than I imagined. I am going to analyze the reason why the CCP decided to continue this policy for 35 years is that the CCP wanted their money to increase the CCP's fortune by putting the penalty against the One-Child Policy on Chinese farmers. When the CCP performs the Three-Child Policy, I am going to ask the party a few questions. "What about mothers who committed an abortion operation to avoid giving birth to the second baby during the One-Child Policy?" and "Are not there any treatments for them?" It is absolutely impossible that many poverty-class and middle-class Chinese mothers are going to give birth to the baby because they do not have enough money and took an abortion operation to avoid giving birth to the second baby already. The main purpose to attack India with the Wuhan virus and the side effects of the vaccine for the Wuhan virus is to reduce the population in India since NTD broadcasts that India is going to become the most populated country in the World in 2027. It is possible that India became the most populated country in the world already. In addition, China might be being faced with a massive population outflowing. Therefore, Chinese people and people in Hong Kong are going to immigrate illegally to European countries, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Japan, the US, and so on. Because of these reasons, all developed countries must support India to strengthen and protect democracy from Communism. I'd appreciate it if you read my blog to understand all the current situations in China and spread them out around the world.
